Joe Sells GA

We are fairly new to Georgia,. We bought a house that we loved when we first moved here, but our daughter made friends in another district and begged us to try moving across town so she could attend another school. We asked Joe to guide us as our realtor and we could not be more pleased with how this turned out. The selling and buying processes were both fantastic experiences. Joe offers great guidance, professionalism and knowledge.
The most unique part of our journey with Joe was an international vacation that took us completely off the grid while our home was on the market! We have two dogs and Joe helped tremendously by overseeing our dog caregivers while we were unreachable. We gave him contact info for our dog walkers and he coordinated all of this for us if a showing was happening. He even took our pups for a ride once when he couldn’t get someone over quickly enough to get them out.
Joe was really intuitive and knowledgeable about the area we were targeting to move to. As we would scour the market, sometimes we would suddenly find a house that we wanted to see and he always somehow made himself readily available. I don’t know how he juggled all of this, but he did and did it with a positive energy, always.

Joe is a master in disguise. Helping with all the things it took to sell my home during really challenging times.
